SAFETY INCIDENT REPORTING
Any safety incident resulting in physical damage or recordable personal injury (per OSHA regulations) involving any Contech employee will be reported in accordance with the safety incident reporting procedure outlined in Contech's Safety Manual.
"Near miss" safety incidents in which no accident occurred are reported and corrective action is completed the same as if an accident had actually occurred.
