QUALITY POLICY
Contech's quality improvement process starts with senior management commitment and a clear statement of Contech's quality policy. This policy is prominently displayed at all Contech work sites. Here is what it says:
In partnership with our clients, suppliers, and associates we will:
1. Identify, clarify, and adopt mutually acceptable requirements;
2. Design and manage our work processes to prevent all nonconformances with requirements; and
3. Deliver goods and services both internally and externally that are right the first time and on time every time.
