Safety as a Top Priority

​Working safely is one of Contech's core values. We believe that a strong safety culture results in happier, more efficient teams and protects our company's most important asset - our people! Our goal is for every supervisor and worker to make it home safely to be with their families. We firmly believe that workplace injuries and fatalities are preventable through proper training, supervision, and accountability.

Our safety record shows that our employees embrace and are committed to our policies and procedures. While our safety record is pretty spotless, we have taken our 1 recordable seriously. The incident occurred in our own shops where a

feeling of comfort and familiarity allowed an employee to relax their focus on safety. We have used this as a teaching opportunity to reinforce the message that the same safety guiding principles /processes applied at our clients' sites should be used in our own shops.
